I worked on these it in this order: Leaving on a Jet Plane, Tom Dooley, Cats in the Cradle, You are my Sunshine, Amazing Grace, Blowin' in the wind, Our God (you could hold off on Blowin' in the wind till the end, it's tricky but a fun one to practice faster changes!) Don't stress about strumming patterns, just have fun!
