I am curious as to which chords he is playing. I am trying to learn how to play this song. It sounds like he might be finger plucking as well. Any information will help. Thanks >:)

Sounds to my ear like he is playing the same four chords over and over.
The four chords are probably:
D major seventh, B minor, F# minor and G major

He seems to be deadening the strings with his palm on some of the strums.
