Faithful One Chords needed (easy)

Help!  I need the song and would love the chords (a simple version) to "The Faithful One " by Selah.  Can anyone help?  I saw a version which was way too difficult for me to play.  I would very much appreciate knowing  where I can get another version or if someone else can or has one in an easier format.
