As you all can see on your chordie's screen
I'm back, the doc, writing lyrics on caffeine
I'm tired and exhausted doing nothing in between
so after surgery and sitting on my latrine

Isn't it stupid, taking holidays because I'm tired
from doing nothing, still better than being fired.
my life is not yet expired, I want to be admired
writing letters, words, with a muse being inspired

words, letters, phrases strophes and a refrain
the day I'll play again, we'll drink champaign
some motivation, exercise, we'll meet again
like good brothers and sisters, not Abel and Cain.

So the doc will be back
and time will be a payback
on drums a macaque
on guitar, the doc, now still a wrack
