Why seems life so strange and weird
the day you're born you start to die
It keeps me busy, I don't know why
Some of us die sooner, others have a beard

It's the "in-between" that matters most
The way you live, the way you choose
without a purpose you are so lost
a goal in your life, you won't loose

some of us get rich, and others poor
some of us are happy, others won't
it's all about the fact you do, or don't
that happiness is everywhere, behind a door

search for the key, and do it alone
most of us won't help they don't have a backbone
to give a hand, to help you on your trone
all for one, but never one for all

between your birth and the day you die
you're on your own, who will help you and why
we are so selfish, farmer, CEO and king
one fact is sure, you're born to die.
