is there a way to create files within my song book. it would be great if i could organize my songs into files. i realize i can create new songbooks but i cant figure out if i can take the songs already existing in my original song book and make smaller ones with out having to go back and choose them all over again.

It is quite easy to copy or move songs between songbooks. From your main songbook page, simply click the little box besides the songs you want to move or copy. At the bottom of your songbook you have the options:
Copy selected songs to:
Move selected songs to:
Simply choose which songbook you want to move or copy, select that book from the dropdown menu, click the move or copy button. That's all there is to it!
