I lost 25kg in the period September 2009 until December 2009.

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, I DON'T HAVE TO CARRY THAT WEIGHT, and I can walk (!!!???) short distances without my crouches.

Happy new year to you too.  Im taking on a diet for the first time in my life.  No more white breads for me.  Lost a few ounces so far on an Elliptical machine ..which i think is the best exercising machine.  Its easier on the knees than concrete.  Schwinn makes the best elliptical for the money (got mine from sears)..cheers!
