hmmm... no clue, can you explain a little more?
I have the same problem over here using Firefox on Linux... the box giving the five popular songs lies over the upper row of chord boxes. It's worse when the names of the songs are long as the song names wrap and push the bottom of the box further down.
it's the box that's produced by this bit in the HTML:
<div id="mostpopularsong">
<span class="boxtitle">5 popular songs</span>
<div class="popularitem small">
<a class="songname" href="/chord.pere/getsome.org/guitar/olga/chordpro/d/Dire.Straits/SultanOfSwing.chopro" title="Guitar Chords and Tabs for SULTANS OF SWING">SULTANS OF SWING</a><br/>
<span class="artistname">
<a class="popularartistname" href="/song.php/songartist/Dire+Straits/index.html"\>Dire Straits</a></span>
</div>
und so weider for four more entries...
then </div>
I just tested it out... using Chrome, IE, and Firefox on a windows computer and no issues here. Mods? Admin? Any suggestions for Linux users?
I suggest tweaking your screen resolution. I have never had this problem, but it has appeared by users in the past and that solved the problem.
I'm running 1280 x 1024 on an LCD screen that does 1280x1024... I ain't messing with my resolution any more... the fonts are tiny enough as it is... the problem is the page... the five popular songs box is fixed width. It needs to expand to fit the content or else the entire top "banner" needs to expand downwards to ensure the popular songs box remains inside the "banner"
I am using an apple mac, i never had this problem with windows. The box with the popular songs on it used to be above the chord chart but now is over it!
this has happened before. There was a bug or something.
if you send an email to per at admin@chordie.com and send him a screen shot of what you see he should be able to help you out.
tell him what system etc you are using.
to get a screen shot (if you dont know) press " PRNT SCRN" then go into a new word document and right click and paste.
send this as a file to Per.
hope you get it sorted.
Ken
