I have looked also and haven't found any guitar accessories that look like it. If i had a Gibson like that I wouldn't have it whatever it is smile

I think it might be a Lipstick Holder  lol

it ain't a pick holder cos he's got one of those on the lower horn... but it definitely looks just like the thing on Miley's guitar

Thank you very much but I don't think I should have to share since the question was "What is it" not "Where to find a Picture of it"!
