Hmmm... That's a tough one to find. I did a search or 2 and couldn't find anything. Not even a cover or live version... I did give the song a listen though. I don't have my guit to strum along but it sounds to me like he's staying mainly in D with a quick change to C then G and then back to D again. Maybe someone else can offer more... Or correct me if I'm wrong

I couldn't find it either but what I hear is D G D G D G A D Any way the last line of each verse D G A D the others are Just D G D not positive but I think this is close,
D G A D
cant remember the lyrics but the last line " dum de dum dum de dum In my own backyard"
Hope you can find the lyrics somewhere, then you can just do each line of each verse D G D and the last one like above.
the G on the last line is only 2 beats,
