Guitar chord forum - chordie → Song requests → Just a small question.
The first full song i would like to learn is Stay by Sugarland. I know the chords to it but i cant figure out the strumming pattern. Can anybody help me out there? Oh and i dont understand how when your strumming you transverse over into the next chord without stopping. That always confuses me.
hi holder23 welcome to chordie,i've just looked at two video's of the song and it lookslike the chords are" PICKED" so you won't need a strumming pattern just pick the chords to the right speed of the song,the other query you should do some practicing just changing from chord to chord,then do some strumming patterns,then add them gradually together picking an easy song that you know then progress to other songs as you get more confident,have fun....stay cool
