My friend, John Reno lent me a Martin Sexton C.D. I am now a diehard fan.

Thanks! I enjoyed that... "TRYING" to pick it up now wink  Here's a great cover that gives a good look at the chords  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDhVKy_wJag

Re: Martin Sexton

I have been a Martin for a decade. He is a fantastic artist who stays true to his craft. I've seen in him in small and large venues, he is phenomal live and in the studio. His voice is as fine as any in any genre. Please check out his earlier stuff to get a good vibe. His album "Black Sheep" is my favorite and led to a record deal with Atlantic (who he's no longer with). He's back on an independent label and records in Western Mass and upstate NY. He's a very good player but what distinguishes him from the pack is his voice; his voice is truly amazing.

His sister Colleen is no slouch either!

I used to be disgusted; now I try to be amused.

You gotta be good if animals like your playing.

I sailed with a doctor whose dog would cry whenever he picked up his guitar. (The dog was right, the doc's playing was awful)

We pronounce it "Guf Coast".
