I just went to check it out on the link you gave but it said file not found. Really like it though and hope to hear it soon. Not bad for a first post.
Hi ctech, I just checked your link and it worked OK for me. Nice work on this. I've wondered the same thing myself many times....How Many Times.
Welcome to Chordie. I will have a listen to your other tunes a bit later.
Thanks Again and I look forwards to more from you.
Kenny
Hi everyone Can anybody help i don't know where I've gone wrong, but my song has not come out in 'chordpro' format
Thank you for your comments so far.
I think the title needs to be on its own line. Does that make sense? And at the bottom the [/song] needs to be on its own line as well. I think, not for sure. I tried your link and it worked for me, go figure. My computers acting weird theses days.
Selso
Hi ctech, Check out the sticky at the top on how to post songs.
Selso is right that each command must be on its own line .
Hope it helps
Kenny
Hey Selso...Do you have a female computer? (just kidding folks)
Thats a very nice piece Trevor and welcome to Chordie keep working on the chopro well done
Hi trevor

Hi ctech
and welcome.
I dont know if you have read this http://www.chordie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1957
but that tells you exactly how to post things that will show in chopro form.
if you need any help on this a moderator should be able to do this easy.
Ken
Hi Ken
Gave it a try,no luck,I must be thick or something everyone else seems to get it.
Thanks anyway
Trevor
Trevor, make sure the curly brackets {} and the square brackets [] are in the proper place. It's not uncommon to put one in the wrong spot or get them mixed up.
When doing Chopro there should be no spaces between brackets and command.
Check to make sure this isn't the case.
Hope this helps
Kenny
hi trevor welcome to chordie, you have some brilliant tracks, the last one though was a bit quiet as though you were in the background, keep doin what your doin, its great....stay cool
Cheers daddy cool I think you solved the problem I've been putting [ song/ ] not [ /song ],hopefully I'll get some where now.
Thank you
Still having problem the song is on here but wont format, anyone see why? Help appreciated.
Thankyou
Hi Trevor. I don't know if the latest post is the fixed one. If it is take out {st for raw copy} and leave without brackets.
Simply type in verse 1 or 2 for verse no brackets and {} with soc inbetween brackets to start chorus and {} eoc betweem brackets for end of chorus. No spaces
The st:B1 and st:a1 is screwing up the formating for you.
Hope this does it for you
Kenny
Just a quick one if you remove the spaces between the letters from the first bracketed song at the top then the chopro will work also keep the link for the song out of the chopro format and put it in the description..
ark
Hey Ctech and welcome to Chordie!
Some good songs!
Other people know much more about Chopro than I do, but I would move the link out of the song structure (either before [s o n g] or after [/ s o n g])
Also, if after submitting this, the spaces between the letters within the square brackets stop "or after" from becoming Chopro format then I would remove the spaces in the word "song" right at the top!
Yep!
Try removing the spaces in [song] right at the top!
Thanks Ark that's sorted it,such a simple thing I over looked.
Thanks again
Dontcha just love it when someone posts your answer while you're writing it?
Good on yer Ark!
Thanks anyway Kajima
No worries mate!
The thing is getting there, whoever helps!
hi trevor,
it seems to be a bit of a theme lately, we all seem to be asking why the man sends our sons and daughters to die for a cause we dont understand.
a lovely song and i love the way you've recorded it.
welcome to chordie by the way, not many manage to work chopro first time.
i dont have time now but i intend to listen to all your songs
