I got this idea from the other day shopping with my wife for a baby shower she was invited to. It made me thing of the whole cycle of life thing and think back of my own experiences.

Hey Russ - Will do. I just picked up a videocamera and I have been fiddling with it to try and get it down. My wife took it to the last open mike night I went to but it didn't work for her. I plan on playing with it today. Thanks

Thanks Robert - The one think I really love about England is that it's only a days drive to get pretty much any where in the country. I sometimes wish I could get to both of mine but that's life I guess. Yes they grow up much too fast. Mine are pretty great grown ups now too and I sure do miss them. By the way, just recorded this and now I'm trying to see how to load it up. I'm thinking youtube but I'll have to figure out that as well.

That D Aug looks nasty! I'm going to try it for that! In my head, now, it looks like it sounds like a good chord sequence. I'll get back!

Hey KajiMa, thanks. My Daug is a partial...I can't make the A string so I leave it out...sort of a modified D but I think it sounds pretty good. I'll have it up on youtube pretty soon so you can hear for yourself...it will be a first for me. Search for jets60 and Baby Shower and it should be there but it's taken a while to upload.

I tried loading it up in mp4 format on youtube and the vocal track got out of sync with the pictures. It was too wierd for me so I took it down. I converted it to a .mov which is a quicktime movie format and that's what I put on myspace. I'll do the same on the youtube as well but it takes so long to upload or it did on the mp4.

been there done that, four rug rats of my own, and they've presented me with another nine to keep me on the go...oldest being 15, youngest 10 months. oh! joy....mmmm
