Topic: Bass Walks, Attn Roger Guppy

Hello Roger,

Can you add this vid to the strumming vids, I have had folks email wanting to get the basics on walkups and walk downs.

Thank You                   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xq-oZylZkq8

Great vid Wayne. I thought I'd add a link to some bass run exercises that I've found useful:

Howdy,

Thanks Roger,  Hey Tops, I have used that sight also and it is a good one. I have to go to the Bighorn Mountain Festival in the morning for three days of pickin. I will post some pics and maybe some vids of a friend of mine that is camping next to me.She is I am guessing now somewhere in the 75-80 age bracket and just an incredible upright  bass player. She was a music teacher before she retired and is just awesome I feel blessed to be able to play with her.
Back to bass walks, I think this is the first step for rythym players to get their fingers walking, instead of just holding down the chords for dear life.
