Hi Carmusic and welcome to Chordie,
The automatically generate passwords are awful to remember so here is what you do:
Click on 'Profile' in the blue bar above and under your user name you will see Change password. Click on this and and you can then make it something easier to remember.
If you then click on 'Privacy' in the blue box on the left you can set Chordie to remember your username and password between visits so that you are automatically logged in when you open Chordie, however this is not a good idea on a shared computor as anyone else using the PC can steal your Chordie identity.

Everytime I try to do this it tells me my old password is incorrect... its the computer generated one and I cut and pasted it.... whats doin?
OK if you are having problems with your original password not being recognised then write privately to me and I will help you resolve it.
