Re: Last 5 songs you've learned??

Do you play guitar with "Barrett's Privateers"? I'd be curious how/what you play. I've always heard it done strictly vocal..

Nice list! I really enjoyed "New Yorks Not My Home" First time I had heard that one... -Pix

Re: Last 5 songs you've learned??

Cool Norm! I like Ray, I play a couple of his myself... "Forever My Friend" and I've dabbled with "Jolene", but haven't sat down and learned it proper yet. I have trouble with some of his vocals, so I havent' gave him much play time.. Love his work though. -Pix

Still working on these.  I will use a loose interpretation of "learned".

Duncan - Paul Simon
Tequila Sunrise - Eagles
Grandmother's Feather Bed - John Denver
It's a Great Day to Be Alive - Travis Tritt
Wild Rose of the Mountain - Si Khan (converted to guitar from being a fiddle song, using an entirely different musicality, but the same melody for voice)

Wouldn't it be great if there was some kind of book where you could look up words and their meanings; something you could leave on your desk and open when needed?
