Lost on the coast

I recently moved to the north oregon coast and am going to college in astoria, surprisingly there is alot of music being played down here, but I'm having a hard time finding people with folk roots like me, it modern or country, I'm a strummer and a singer, and though I am currently singing at an open mike down here, it would be nice to get together with a few folks with similar likes, I also do some classic rock, 50's-90's pop and alternative, but my roots are folk, oh, love song are a specialty and I like to say I have a song or at least a part of a song for all occasions, so anyone out there interested, let me know...................justasinger54
