Topic: Cold Chisel's Khe San chords

Hi all, I am learning aussie band cold chisel's Khe San, everywhere I have looked the tabbed chords are pretty much the same but if I play with the original cold chisel song the chords are clearly nowhere near correct. I looked at U tube of them playing and no sign of a capo anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions?

hi hewi i'd just use the chords that sound correct,its better than chords that don't fit the song cause it will sound awful,it helps if you already know the song....stay cool

They're playing it in "G". No need for a capo. There are a couple of oddball chords. Post back in here if you can't nail them.

We pronounce it "Guf Coast".

Thanks to you both for the advice. I will give it a go finding the chords myself. It will be my first attempt doing it myself from scratch.
