I don't have a "U" or a "V" (those are hard ones) but I have a "W"
Wallflowers - "6th Ave. Heartache"
Cheers!

I see you're playing "Melissa" on the 12... How she treating you??
I'm still digging the Alvarez Pix - only downside is changing the strings on a 12 is....... twice the pain.
I really love my CA and since I travel so much, I've got my eye on one of these (newly introduced).
I've been going back and forth between the CA 12 and an electric - maybe a Taylor T5 as my next addition.
Nice Tops! I still haven't had a chance to try one of those CA's but am dying to....hint, hint Bout time to get together again for a little jam session!
On another note... I remember you asking about an acoustic amp a while back... There's a nice fender acoustisonic 30 for sale on craigs list in your are for 50% of street! Seems to be a steal! Maybe worth checking out....If you're still looking. http://greensboro.craigslist.org/msg/1085352666.html
Nice Axe Topdown.
Cheers

No idea for x...
Yael Naim "New Soul" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgEfYGzojcA A great song that covers really well acoustically! My wife begged me to learn it but I really dig the tune myself!
Xavier Cugat - "Rumba King"
We may now proceed to Z for which I not so humbly nominate myself Zurf with The Tinkle Waltz.
- Zurf
Ta Da! That's awesome Zurf!
Cheers

Adam Sandler "I Want To Grow Old With You" Really fun to play and sing. Everyone seems to love it and sing along. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CYI5bKZMes http://www.chordie.com/chord.pere/?url= … ranspose=0
Brett Dennen "Ain't no Reason" This (IMO) is one of the best songs to come out in a loooooong time! Just a great message!! If you don't know it please give it a listen!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDqhtKa0LRQ Here's the music http://www.chordie.com/chord.pere/?url= … ranspose=0 Hammer on the G string going to the F for the same sound...-Pix
I had to change the "B" word to "chick" to play this song in mixed company but I am having a great time with it.

Jason Mraz "I'm Yours" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zut0TznmSu0 Fun on the guit or uke...
Guitarpix, I am unable to get that wonderful song out of my fat head so I also am working it up.
Jason Mraz does this tune differently every time he plays it.
I like this version alot as it features his percussionist.

Glad you liked it! Thanks for the link with the percussionist! That's going to help me out some! I've had the guitar and vocals recorded for awhile now and have been playing around with the percussions on my djembe and cajun. The video will help me get it perfected! -Pix
Just to keep it on top... Here's C, D, E, & F
Chip Taylor "Angel In The Morning" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vD72zyqN … annel_page
Donavon Frankenreiter "Heading Home" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nanht2W5 … annel_page
Everclear "Heart Spark Dollar Sign" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COr6aeI6 … annel_page
Fugees "No Woman No Cry" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oA8UEWLU … annel_page A fun and simple riff through out the whole song... Great practise for walking in and out of chords.
Green River- CCR... just learned that one. I do it on acoustic so the thumpy slidey stuff sounds pretty cool. I also like to do Gone to Carolina by Shooter Jennings.
Hannah Montana " Let's go Crazy" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZezxacTpvw4
I Keed, I Keed, I just make a little joke (said in my best Triumph the insult dog voice) I would never!

I don't know Guitarpix. You know here name and the name of her song???? :LOL

This is a great idea. A traveling fan records a street musician singing, "Stand by me."
He then takes his recording to other street players far and wide and they play along with and add their lines to the recording.
