Topic: Help with song by "Statler Brothers"

I am looking for lyrics and chords to a song by the Statler Brothers called "The Best I Know How". I have searched everywhere I can think of. I have found the words, but cannot find the chords. Anyone who knows this and has it all put together it would be greatly appreciated. I did try to do it by ear, but I am not very good at that.

I promised my mother before she leaves this earth I would learn this song, please help......

hi wgc1961 i did a search and can only find lyrics,you can transcribe the song yourself or maybe buy the sheet music,sorrry....stay cool

I can't even find the sheet music anywhere as of yet. I tried to transcribe myself, but not my strongest area. I will keep on pluggin. thnx
