Topic: Help with finding Chords from a song ....

Hello guys
I was looking for a place that can help me and I hope that you can dedication a few minutes to solve my minor problem , please.

I Have A very nice Guitar Instrumental Track and  I really wont (need) to find all the Chords of this track
forcently I don't know to play guitar :-( so I was wonder if some one will be kind enough to give me a few minutes and help me find the chords .

That is a real nice piece of writing and playing but I'm sorry I can't help you with the chords.I'm sure there is someone here that can get it down for you.

This piece is a very Rare track that I find on some Israeli group single. (they have very cool music ! but only one CD ! )
I already write a song on this instrumental version and my friend tell me its sound so good and so different (!) from the original song (the same Chords but so different melody ) so I wont to make something with it and ofcourse I cant use the original because copyright so I wont the chords so I can do A minor changes so it gonna fit more to my song
I have a friend how can play for me on piano but he didn't know haw to find the chord , hes not professional player. so I need Help :-)
I really wont to Sher my full song with my vocals on it but I have to make a new and original playback because I can't use this piece.
