I went to a meeting about our insurance yesterday. Health, life and dental combined is only going up a little less than $2.00 a month.

Soon as I saw this topic , it reminded me of one of my all time favorite songs , " A Little Good News Today " by Ann Murray .. She has to be one of my favorite female vocalists .. And that song hits the nail right on the head !!
Sometimes days go by when I don't even watch or listen to the news because it does seem like it's all bad .. Or more likely like someone else here mentioned , the good news is'nt sensational enough for the media to want to report it .. To me that's even more disturbing because it seems to be the measure of what our society is coming to .. When I need good news , I just look at my pretty little wife , family and friends and of course music ..

Badeye, I used to fill gaps in my musical career by powerwashing, grinding, caulking and painting. I believe mildew was invented here in Alabama.
My wife insisted I learn this wonderful medley. I took me weeks to clean it up but the reaction to it is so rewarding everywhere I play it. I had to admit she was right again.

Some good news,the US government said they underpaid me for earnings for the years 2006 to 2007 and are sending me a check on the third of december for $150.00 plus they added $10.00 a month to my social security payment and with the 6.5% cost of living increase starting in january of 2009 I can afford to get some more ice cream

I saw this on my myspace page (or is it just myspace page...) and I thought it was pretty cool. Ingrid Michaelson had her myspace friends send her pictures with BE OK written on their face and then she used a bunch of them in a photo montage with her song Be Ok...turned out pretty cool I think. I admire her creativity...pretty OK.

this link only has her singing with a picture of her with "be ok" on her face I didn't see any of her friends perhaps they appear at the end I only watched 3/4 of the still photo she has a nice voice dont care for the song tho
