At the right of the main page here on Chordie click  Public Songbooks and you'll find lots of
easy tunes to play.

"Okie from Muskogie" is but 2 chords.  I use E and B7 but a B7 might be unsuitable for someone going for easy songs so you could transpose it to something easier to play, like an A and an E7.

This one's slow and you should be able to sing along...if not, look up Knockin On Heaven's Door.  There's always someone in the jam who will be able to play along if you know it.

I think it's only like A, Amaj7, F, and D

Jason Mraz- I'm Yours (If you haven't heard of this song, it won me second place in a singing competition, and it's a cool song, I highly recomend it) It's only G, D, Em, and C

The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus- Cat and Mouse
Am, G, C, and F

Hinder- Lips of an angel
I'm not sure of the chords, but if I can play it, I promise you it will be easy =P

Beatles- Hey Jude
Again, I'm not totaly sure of all the chords, but it's easy enough to play. I think it has a lot of G and D
