Topic: Trying to find a song about REHAB

I remember the Lyrics:

Now I'm stuck in Rehab, I'm a long way from home
The nurses they all want me, but I'd rather be alone
I think that I'll check myself out this whole thing has gone too far
I'll pawn my watch off at the corner, take a cab...down to the bar.

Google came up empty. Anyone have an idea who/what this song is?

I sang "Guilty" by Randy Newman to a rehab group once.
They seemed to appreciate it.

We pronounce it "Guf Coast".
