Topic: Scales.... what to do with em ?

I am a bit weird when it comes to this I think... I actually enjoy practicin scales....
Anyway I dont quite know what to do other than just go up and down the fretboard playin em....any thoughts ?

about playing scales: IMHO practice them daily. Learn combos of both major and minors. Good for you. Take a scale such as C or A doesn't matter. run up and down the fretboard bend and hammer. change your timiing ect. Amazing what will happen.
