Lead and backup singers like in "do wop do waa"
I am adding my name to this list "do wa diddy diddy dom diddy doo"
Doug_Smith: I'm no Pavoratti (or is that Caruso?) but although my voice is not strong enough for most lead vocals, I can Harmonize and do backup! Sorry, my native key is like B flat.
It is late Luciano Pavorotti but I cannot remember him singing any "do wah diddy diddy dum dums" and although opera is not my thing he certainly had a wonderful voice.
I am also willing to offer my service with vocals. G being my usual key.
Roger
Backing vocals , some harmony if needed and various sound effects to voice .

I don't write originals, but have been playing around with singing cover songs. Just added Grandpa by the Judds. The photography is my own.

I guess I would be an examble of what you do not want in a singer,I sound like bob dylan when he is sick.
^ Don't knock it dino - Tom Waits has done pretty well with that sound.
From what I have heard of myself, I think I do better following harmonizing with someone else. Never really ever thought of myself as a vocalist! It's all fun for me though!
thanks topdown maybe there is some hope for my vocal none talents after all,I hope all of you are doing better with the weather in your areas, have a good new years day,I am going to watch some collage football!!
In Wisconsin it was mixed emotions the Badgers lost to TCU in the rose bowl and the Packers beat the Bears to make the playoffs they will travel to Philly to play the Eagles next Sunday it should be a great game
I will watch it if the game if the satillite co I am with puts it on here. I missed the rose bowl wish I could have seen that.
Hi All, I have a small bit of experience online with vocal recording, melody lines, and writing lyrics. I do varied genres. I'm not very skilled but am willing to try as time allows. Feel free to check out my SoundCloud if you want to hear what my vocals and range sound like. Most of what I do is online music collaboration.
If you will notice this is a old topic from many year ago.. As such, I doubt anyone will respond to your post, kimnoblemusic.
