Topic: Could someone help me to find the chords on this song?

I've always wanted to play this on guitar, it's a pretty short acoustic balad part on a song called Mammalsauce by Crotchduster. I personally think it's the coolest progression ever

I know if played on guitar the notes are D F G A on the A string and and A# on the D string but what chords are being fingerpicked for the rhythm part and where on the fretboard? I tried open chords but it didn't work! sad

The part starts from 1:45 to 2:11
