Topic: WEIRD GUITAR SHAPES

Here I think immediately on BO DIDDLEY and his famous SQUARE GUITAR.
Also the GUITAR, called TEARDROP played by the late Brian Jones with the Stones.

Concerning the big brands Gibson and Fender, I think only Gibson surprised us with remarkable guitar shapes like the Gibson Flying V AND the Gibson Explorer.

I read somewhere that some guitars have a beautiful carved body, almost real pieces of art.

WHO knows other WEIRD SHAPED guitars? I really should love it to see or read your experiences

Anyone remember some of the Ovation Electrics from the 80's? The Preacher, The Deacon, and a few others...one or two were designed to be comfortable playing while sitting in a chair...used to see them on ebay, haven't seen any of them in a while....
