Re: "singing cowboy"
Hi Robert!
I did a little do-si-do with the coding to get it to be 'all purdy like'.
This is a nice happy song - I can hear the boots clomping and see the belt buckles falshing!
I would also like to hear the artist perform.
I have tried line dancing - but am a magnificent klutz.
When I was in 7th grade and living in Indiana they had square dances in our school. This old guy and his wife would come all tricked out in their spangly cowboy gear. They had a little portable record player and a microphone.
He would do the calling and together they would teach the steps. It was fun - of course, we all thought it was sort of dorky - but I look back on it fondly now.
*Strange historical trivia - the school was named Thomas Marshall Jr. High. Marshall was a Vice President of the U.S.A. (back in the late 1800's) and he is the guy who said, "What this country needs is a good 5 cent cigar!"

Re: "singing cowboy"
Hi Daddycool,
I know what you say you do for a living but I am beginning to suspect that you really, strap on your Colt Peacemaker, don your stetson and mount your trusty steed to roam the Derbyshire prairie fighting evil and rescuing fair maidens .
Nice song, thank you,
Roger
Re: "singing cowboy"

Re: "singing cowboy"
hi phill that was one of the first jobs i had to learn when i started on the council 39yrs ago, they put us on the worst road to learn on,there was'nt a straight line along that road i can tell you, dogs hind legs, you had to push the lining barrow 5cwt with one hand, open and close the flap on the line box whilst trying to keep it straight, but sometimes if there was a uphill slope they'd put a rope on and go like billyo ,funny or what....stay cool
Re: "singing cowboy"
hi roger there's nothing to it ,you just get a broom and sweep the water uphill,we were raising a gully grate but the water was washing the cement out so i tried to keep it back till they had tarmaced it then my mate come out with that statement...stay cool
Re: "singing cowboy"
