Guitar chord forum - chordie → Songwriting → Uploading Wav files?
I tried to upload my song (which is a wav file) into a message in this forum but it didnt work, it just keep loading for about an hour and nothing happend. Is it because im using very slow dialup?
Methinks perhaps there is a size limit to what can be uploaded to the forum. I am no technical expert, but that might be the problem . . . If the recording is available elsewhere on the web (MySpace or YouTube or a personal website) just post a link to it.

yeah, ye can put it on youtube or something similar as James has said but with a dial up connection you will be waiting quite a long time, might even be an hour or thereabouts.
to put it on youtube you will have to have a video but you dont need a video as in a film.
If you have or get windows movie maker or similar program you can put pictures on, or leave it blank with no visual on screen, then add your song to the clip tarrrra, you have a video. then upload it.
If I were you, I would hit upload and go mow the lawn or go shopping for an hour.
waiting for sometihng to upload can be very annoying and the more you wait the longer it feels.
