Re: Websites

mainecanoe,
Hey thanks for the info! Went there, and really liked it. cyberfret.com is in my favorites.
jamplay.com is also there, and guitarinstructor.com.

                                                                                 Chuck Hollaman: aka - getfiddle

A musician is someone with too much time on their hands! Thank god I'm a musician!!!

Re: Websites

There is a site called spytunes ( http://spytunes.co.uk/ )which basically just shows video of many songs being played in close up. Great for when you are stuck with how to play part or all of a song. Not a bad site, but my favourite has got to be justinguitar. Like it so much I even made a donation!

Is anything really made up of zeros and ones??

Re: Websites

THi All

The one I use the most is Guitar Noise

http://www.guitarnoise.com/

Good songs, MP3's of what it should sound like and lots of notes on how to and why

Cheers

Re: Websites

I have a few that I use to teach myself and assemble lesson plans for some of my guitar students. Here be they;

http://www.myguitarsolo.com/

http://tinpan.fortunecity.com/melody/73/tab.html#

http://www.rukind.org/

http://books.google.com/books?id=wmfE1h … #PPA292,M1

http://www.jamcenter.com/index.html
Thgis one is good for jam-a-longs. You can pick your style and key and shred away.

Give everything but up.

Re: Websites

Thanks for posting those websites.  I'll explore them all!    It'll give me more incentive to practice more!  <I hope>

Peace
