I'm a beginner at both the guitar and this site, started playing in January.
Can i get some easy Blues song recommendations, that I can find at Chordie.

Try Swing Low, How long blues, and Key to the hiway,. look under Eric Clapton for these easy blues songs.

Someone on this site has a tag line that says something like "the blues are easy to play, but difficult to master" or something like that--and I think that is so true. First time I tried to play a blues song, I'd strum the chords, but it didn't sound anything like the blues, so don't give up---also, if you want to play blues, work on your seventh chords.

So true Frankster, My first attempt at blues songs didn't sound very good at all, kept going tho, and now they come along just fine. Like Ringo Starr say's" Gotta pay your dues,
if you want to play the blues, and you know it don't come easy".

While we're on the subject of easy blues songs....everyone should feel free to post any info on Jimmy Reed songs. I know they're not that hard to play, but I trust postings more than my ear.

Learn a 12 bar blues, and you'll know about 10,000 easy blues songs.
That's the great thing about the blues. It's three chords.
