Topic: Downstream a collaborated song

Hi all
Russell Harding and myself (arkady) have collabrated on a Instrumental guitar song called "Downstream"
It came about when Russell heard the song on Myspace page and felt it needed some percussion etc which it was lacking.
Being mostly guitar orientated and not really understanding the role of percussion or being able to apply without the means he offered to do it himself.
I emailed him the mp3 of the song which he was able download into his digital recorder and apply the percussion.
I think he's done a great job. As it was a complete experiment and we weren't sure of the results we were both pleased with end product.

I have listened to both recordings of this fine instumental and the addition of the percussion certainly adds the finishing touches to it. Great work from both of you.

i wish to add that ark made the cake i just put some frosting on, this was an expermental project and may pave the road for others i will be glad to share the sequence and give a list of the programs and equipment necessary to replicate this
