First thanks to last_rebel for the song title, and yes James it has been a while hasn't it. The Studio is doing O.K., and we are having a ball! About this song? Do you know if it is in someones song book or otherwise posted in Chordie. I can't seem to locate it anywhere. To me this is a clasic album with many great lyrics and stories.

The song is called "All The Soft Places To Fall"
It is on the - Poncho & Lefty album put out by Willie Nelson & Merle Haggard in the 80's sometime. It is a slow ballad type song. If you look at the previous post I put up there are a few lines from it in no particular order. All I could remember. Does the song you have in mind match those lyrics? And if so how do I get it?
