A sad fact of politics is that the good people who go into politics to help and make a difference are running to do that very thing while the ones who want the power are running for office.  The good ones get left behind.

There all the same around  the world I feel . The best of them are sucked in.

Start out meaning well and then !!. War tends to drain all the coffers.

They said here today on the news America was heading for the worst recession in years? . Dropped there interest rates by 3/4. which is good for us.

In 6 months here the prices of houses here in some parts have dropped 100,000 Euro. Greedy B######s Now know they gonna be left with them.

Any way you keep writing jets, it seems like your gonna have a lot to write about in the next year. But stay optimistic and smiling. Its the only way.

Amen, Brother Jeff!  I have to keep reminding myself that long political campaigns help to articulate and prioritize the issues that are most important for the nation.  "Change" seems to have emerged as the underlying theme.

The truth people don't want to hear is simple - just changing leaders is not enough . . . we also have to change fundamental attitudes and behaviors.  Our house of cards is doomed to collapse unless citizens/consumers control their greed for more oil and more junk.
