Topic: Vintage AV3 with 3 stacked humbuckers?

I'm thinking of getting one of these guitars but as there are no reviews out for them yet and I have not tried one myself, does anyone here have any experience with them. I don't want to order one only to find out I'm dissapointed. Any information would be great. Many thanks

The AV3 - that's the semi-acoustic (like a Gibson 335)? Vintage get generally good reviews but I have'nt played this particular guitar, although I do have their LP copy (VS100TSB). It was my first decent guitar and I still play it regularly. Semis can be notoriously inconsistent in quality and to be honest I would be wary of ordering without trying.

Just looked at the specs and they sound impressive - solid carved maple top! My Epi Dot cost around the same and it's a laminate - I love it though.
