Topic: Printing songbook layout problems...

I have this problem on multiple computers, it seems somehow related to the layout of the songbook, but when I choose to view and print my entire songbook it prints out with the text very small (like 5 or 6 point) and in the top left of the page. This happens weather I print to my printer, or to Acrobat to make a PDF. It happens if I use IE 7 or Firefox 2.0 to do the printing.


Opening the page in word gives me layout errors, has anyone found an effective way to print to a PDF file to take your songbooks with you for practicing?

Hello ramans - Try to print the first couple of songs in your songbook individually. 


Go to your songbook and open the first song and then click the print button on the open song's page. Try it again on the second and third songs.


If this same problem occurs, then there is probably something in the edit codes in your selections that is doing it when you try to print the whole songbook at once.


Try this and post another message telling what happened.

I'll give it a shot, but the very first page, the listing of songs is wrong, it doesn't just go wrong after a song or two...


A single song worked fine, so does the next one.


What I do notice is that when I look at the songbook in explorer, the horizontal scroll bar is huge, I can move it way right into blank space, this has got be related...


So then I scrolled down and found one song that had bad formatting and was causing this! Horray!


Removed that song, and voila it's better!
