Children finished school today! So next week its the run of the church
choirs.

I am hoping to record it. But im crazy busy at this time of year. I have just sat down on my feet since 6 am.
You know i love my work Bonedaddy, But today was sad. It was all the grave stuff. So many peoples lives are tainted at these times with the loss of one thing or another.
Any way im off to my sacred place tomorrow to recharge! I shall pull in at Carlingford lough on the way.  Have a stroll. and on to my sacred  place in the Mountains of Mourne to recharge.

Most of my work now is Floristry. You know everything to do with weddings parties, Valentines, etc, But i so love and all my family lined up this week waiting on there christmas arrangements! as well as my customers!

I spent many years doing Massage Therapy Bonedaddy. God could i tell
you some hilarious stories about thoses times.
I still do massage for friends sometimes! Absolutely Love it!

I'm sure your friend knows that it is better for her house to be burned down than for her to be lying in a hospital or worse because she was in it, maybe it's time for her to get a real one?

I'm glad everything went well for you and the children, brutish wee beasts that they can be, they also have a real sweet side to them especially when singing in church.  Makes me wish I could have seen it.

I had a terrible bottle of wine the other night, a chilean carmenere from the Spar - was awful from the first sip to the bottom of the bottle, you understand I had to taste it all to make sure?

Mama Stamberg's Cranberry Relish

2 cups whole raw cranberries, washed

1 small onion

3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons horseradish from a jar ("red is a bit milder than white")

Grind the raw berries and onion together. ("I use an old-fashioned meat grinder," says Stamberg. "I'm sure there's a setting on the food processor that will give you a chunky grind — not a puree.")

Add everything else and mix.

Put in a plastic container and freeze.

Early Thanksgiving morning, move it from freezer to refrigerator compartment to thaw. ("It should still have some little icy slivers left.")

The relish will be thick, creamy, and shocking pink. ("OK, Pepto Bismol pink. It has a tangy taste that cuts through and perks up the turkey and gravy. It's also good on next-day turkey sandwiches, and with roast beef.")

Makes 1 1/2 pints.
