Topic: Request for a games forum

I'm a member of another forum and we have a games forum in there. I was wondering if the same could be done here in chordie. It could be called "Chordie's Forum Games". I have a number of different games that could be added to start the ball rolling. Other folk could also contribute to the games too.

This is only a request but please give it some thought as the games can be quite a lot of fun.

Thank you.

Re: Request for a games forum

Johnnie, is it possible to give us more information about these "games"?
We would appreciate this a lot.

Re: Request for a games forum

Well we could have games like A-Z of musical instruments or something on the lines of The Person Below Me or a songs list where each player writes in a song title along with the artist if known and so on. By having a games forum it would save a lot of confusion when doing posts in the CHORDIE STORY in the chordie's chat corner forum. If it is goer then I will put in some games and we can see if anyone is interested or not. They can be great fun to play with some good laughs to boot.

I leave it in your hands now Doc, if it doesn't work then all you need to do is to delete it. But I feel everyone will want to play, including yourself lol

My life is brilliant... Of this I'm sure.

Re: Request for a games forum

Hi JonnieBG,

If you want to start a game, why not start one here on 'Chat Corner'? This is the sort of thing that it was opened for. If games should prove to be so popular that they start to take over this section I am sure that Per would then open a new games section. I personally do not see the point in having a games section until we know how much use it will get.

So the ball is in your court. Please, start a new thread laying down the rules and object of  a game and lets see how it goes.

No problems guys, thanks for your input. I'll add a couple of games and see how they go.
