Topic: Rights to pass

My observation, Jason

Rights to Pass                                  m.mcvicker 1997

Roads to many places,
different times, many faces.
Some still with us,
Some have gone.
At times we find ourselves alone.
To find, yet another path.
Somewhere else to put our trust.

Chances we take.
Errors we make.
Faces we fake.                                                                                                                               Correction we hate!
What brings sons back home?

Driven by rut to leave.
Ignorance, in single vision.
To satisfy; lust of mission.
To make the first decision.

To be alone.
To be on your own.
You'll reap the seeds that are sown.
The future, always to be unknown.

Chances we take.
Errors we make.
Smiles we fake.
Correction we hate!
God, brings sons back home.

I thought ; If I had one idea,
and took it from beginning to end.
I would try another.

This piece some how reminded me of  the  book. "The Road less Travelled"

I read it many years ago.

Very good  writing,
