I listened to this and I see on the YouTube link you put up here it is Al Hunter but it sounds like Willy Nelson. only thing I can think of is it is to do with Airlines or flying or travel. My question is it the kiwi Al Hunter?

I think it is to do with the weather, leaving winter to summer OR his life is suddenly brighter, happier from the cold winter to the sunny warmth of summer.  So product, hmmmm raincoat, togs, happy pills of some sort lol I haven't got a clue lol

I listened to a vesrion sung by al when he was older - it changed my guess

at first I thought it was a song just about hoping that a guys luck would change and kind f an opportunists outlook.  After this version, I think he was saying no matter what you go through on Earth there is a blue sky at the end - Heaven.

He was just so peaceful and really feeling in this performance.

I think I'm a bit late but as I've never heard this song before and insurance companies in our respective countries are unlikely to be the same I wouldn't have had a scoobies anyway. Note; scoobie do = haven't a clue. Thanks for trying to get more members to get involved, if you think of anything else please do, something more international maybe?
