there once was a tall man
he was as tall as a wall
if he fell over
he had a long way to fall
although he had to be careful
when passing through doors
with a bit of luck
he would remember to duck
otherwise he would
bash his head
and the tall man
would fall

Thats brilliant, love it!. You know easybeat that kids book you wrote? Well, I can see this for children either in a book of poems or part of a story book. I can even visualize a drawing of the tall man for this poem. Awesome 
I have to duck often and have the scars to prove it! Yes very droll and would fit nicely into a book not necessarily a kids book. I suppose it's pointless to say keep em coming as they will anyway, so keep em coming
