I do wonder however... what the heck happened to all the people that used to be on here regularly.
I could name a bunch, but I won't bc I'd probably forget someone.

I have learned so much about music being a part of this forum
- doesn't mean I am good at music, but I sure have learned so much.
I also have felt like I have become friends with so many - even without meeting them in person.

This is really a terrific platform to be part of.

Who I have interacted with in my short seven years' time on Chordie.

You have taught me a lot everyone.

Before my time on here 2O years ago on October 25th.

The internet gave birth to chordie.

A time when many were flocking to online.

A new opportunity to share on how it can be done.

Quickly growing in numbers with a diverse bunch posting on how it is done or questions on how it could be done.

Strum or finger picking guitar information for everyone.

A new frontier town, Chordie, with many flocking in.

People from all around the world came here mining for musical gold.

Then after the musical gold rush many left town.

Now there is only a few of us around.

Hope those out there with guitars and other instruments.

Will find out that here is a place where the good people are.

So here I am raising a glass to the future and past.
