Topic: Wow! Y'all Weren't kidding!....

........ there really isn't much going on in here these days. I hope I can make up for some of that by engaging you all in some of my "crazy" talk. I got the 6 string down, polished it up a little, and started getting my fingers "calloused-up" again.

The song I started on is my favorite "easy song" - "The Cocaine Blues" ("Early one morning...." that one.).
Do you have one, that's your "warm-up" tune? One of my band-mates used to play a few bars of "Wildwood Flower" to get his fingers limbered up. smile

If any of you have FB pages, I would be happy to have my friends from Chordie on my list, and I'd sure like you to share some of your Sound Cloud offerings there on FB, if that is possible.

If you go there, you already know my name (look up the number). Look for the one playing the blue 6 string and that'll be me.

I like the reference to one of the Beatles B sides, one of their more inventive songs!

I limber up to Jessica by the Almond brothers. I'd like to join you on FB but I find it a malicious place, not all of it but there are elements that spoil it for the good guys.

I don't have a particular song. I just run through various chord progressions with cowboy chords and some barre's until my hand and fingers feel loosened up.
