My effort at writing a religious song.

When the darkness comes

the meter seems perfect and it really does come across as a prayer. amen

Ctech that is a song that I would love to hear, not only sung in church  but as a religious anthem in all settings.

Thanks Phil,I'm not religious but all those covid deaths must have stired something inside. I don't know why I put amen on the end. Thanks Jim peatle I have recorded a lose music track with no singing. May post that to see what you think.    I do think a religious person could improve on what I've written.

Good idea Brian  I only did the two verses as it goes higher and I don't thing my voice will manage it . I may change the Key and try.
No comments on "You keep putting pictures in my mind." Good or bad. Ain't songwriting alowed to be controversial?

Ctech now  I have heard the music music component of this song I can hear in my head someone with an Elvis type voice singing it. Excellent piece of composition.
