Guitar chord forum - chordie → My local band and me → Kiwi Christmas Greeting
It is summer here in New Zealand so our Christmas and New Year is a bit differant from the Northern Hemisphere.
Here is a short video I made a short talking singing song about our December. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. The sounds not the greatest as it just done with my laptop with no microphones or fancy tech.

Thank you TF for your kind comments. I will like to thank you and everyone on here for helping enrich my life. TF your weekly posts have made me more aware of the genre of Prog rock and how it incorperates a wider range of musical expression more than I thought possible,. It has opened my mind to differant sounds. Also I have been introduced to a feast of exceptional guitarist on your Flying fingers posts. Chordie Land is a place full of kindness and decency. The knowledge of the folk on here and the generous way people share and encourage each other shows me that there is still a good human spirit in this world. Thank you Chordie.

Merry Christmas Jandle, I love the way in New Zealand even though it is summer we love to sing Christmas songs with winter themes.
We've been listening to some old/new Australian favourites - "Aussie Jingle Bells", "Six White Boomers", "Santa's got a new truck" ... the kids found a huge load of them

I got up this morning, and it was so hot, the butter had melted in the tub; I had to spread it with a spoon ... 35 degrees centigrade at 9am ... merry Christmas all!!!

Richard - sounds like you need to get your guitar and play some " 90's" music !
It is 18 (farenheit here at the moment) with snowflakes in the air and the wind at 30 mph

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone. Here in Welllington,, New Zealand, today Sunday afternoon it is 17 Celsius or round about 62 Fahrenheit it should be hotter than that for us at this time of year somewhere around 20 Celsius.
