I really love this song  - just a simple love ballad - I wrote it so that it can be a guy or girl singing.
Hopefully everyone here on Chordie has that someone special that it would apply to.
I'll try today to get a recording of it on soundcloud.

lovely song Jim. most people would like to be able to say those things which makes it a very personal song for whoever sings it, unfortunately it wont be me as i seem to have developed some kind of throat and chest infection. hope someone can do it credit.

Sorry to hear your under the weather - probably caused by al lthe Royalty stuff going on this past month (just kidding)
- Have to admit - wedding was pretty impressive though of the small bit I watched.
I liked this song bc it could apply to someone that is getting a second chance, a first timer, a young love or just about anyone who has found that special person.
I knew when I found my wife - after years of bachelorhood - it was really quick - I knew she was it.  We are on year 35 this year- and still very much in love.

Congrats on another amazing song, TIG.

And bigger congrats for your 35-years of marriage. As another happy "lifer" (39 years in August) being able to honestly and respectfully express what you feel is an essential key ingredient in a successful relationship, whether as a spouse, parent, or friend. Great work, Jim ... you've got a real knack for it.
