Hey Neo, thanks for the support!
As far as my set up its pretty much as simple as it gets. There were some rough spots to figure out. so here it is.
Finding a good recording program for my webcam: After trying out my VLC media player capture, I was not happy with the way it worked out. The search was back on and I found some great FREEWARE. Debut from NHC home freeware version. http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html
My mic is a Berhinger C1-U usb mic right into the computer.
The Effect, well thats the Tak plugged into the RP500 with a model I made with a Tube Screamer 808 and a phaser. I played around with Mic placement and amp volume to attain the mix of acoustic guitar and amp signal. My voice was straight as the one Mic was picking up everything.
I would have to be able to Isolate my voice to add effects to it. most of the time I run a vox mic to my PA cab and have it plugged into my 2 stomp boxes for compression and delay.
If you want easy vocal effects this is pretty much the way to do it. sometimes I use a RP70 with the stock reverb delay setting as mic> RP unit> amp or mic>compressor>delay> amp and then adjust volume levels no matter which set up you choose. You gotta find that sweet spot.
Then again there is always the item that has been on my amazon wish list for a while,
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0039PPW60/_e … &psc=0
Run all mics to this and this to your computer. With on-board effects you can dial in your vox on a channel and then cut out the effects to your guitar.
So thats about it. Hope this helps.
