I am asking this again, because it is a fascinating subject: are there places where you are able, working under the watching eye of a luthier, to build your own guitar?
Upyerkilt is it true that you have a place or places, in Scotland, where you have the opportunity to build your personal guitar.
I read in a guitar magazine that (I think it was in Scotland), you can have a holiday, B&B and sleeping included, but only for 5-10 people, where you pay a certain price, also dependant from the wood you use, the owner, a luthier is helping you to build a guitar. You choose your wood, I don't know if it's already prepared, but at least, you can use his material to cut your piece of wood, to make 1, 2 or 3 "holes" for your humbucker or single coil, also lacquer your guitar.
